For this tag I used Paint Shop Pro 9 it should work with any version of the program.
You will need the “Poisoned Rain” tagger scrap kit by Wicked Princess Scraps.
You will also need a tube of choice I used beautiful artwork from FallnAngel. I also used eyecandy4000’s Gradient Glow (3, 25, 24, color white).

To start download the scrap kit unzip it, and pick your tube.

Now open WP_PR_PP21 it looks big don’t worry we will resize it later. Copy and paste WP_PR_STARFRAME position it so that you can see some of the cute skulls.

Use your Magic wand to select the inside of the two smaller stars. Selections> Modify> expand by 5 open WP_PR_PP12 copy and paste it as a new layer below your star frame. Move the paper around so you can see the cute fish inside the stars. Selections> invert hit delete.

Now use your magic wand to select inside the big star repeat the process above using WP_PR_PP8. Hide the bottom layer merge visible and add the eyecandy gradient glow to the decorated star frame.

Open WP_PR_LACEDHEART resize and move to the left of the tag add the glow.

Open WP_PR_DRUMS resize and place to the right add your glow.

Open WP_PR_SKULLDAGGER resize to your liking and place in the center of the drum.

Open your Tube and place in the center again give it the glow.

Open WP_PR_EMOBUNNY resize and place to the Left give it the glow. Add any other elements from the kit you want to.

Add your © and your name. For the name I used the font Vipnagorgialla in black with a white foreground. When you have your name placed the way you like it convert to a raster layer and add your glow.

Merge visible and then crop your tag down to a size you like. Congratulations you have finished another tag!!
